All product prices listed on this website cover any applicable sales tax and all shipping costs. While this makes the product prices appear higher than you might expect for these types of items, it is intentional and saves me time and energy, since this is not a primary source of income these days. If you need more information on exact sales tax and/or shipping costs, just ask.
Refunds / Exchanges / Returns
At this time, I am not able to offer refunds, process product exchanges, or accept products returns. In certain cases, I may be able to offer a similar-but-not-exact replacement (such is the nature with handmade, one-of-a-kind items). Please contact me to dicuss details.
Custom Orders
I enjoy making custom pieces for my customers. Check out the Gallery of my past works to get an idea of what I can make special just for you.
If you'd like to order a custom piece, please contact me to discuss the details. A unique product listing will be created just for your item and I'll email you the direct link. From there, you will be able to pay for it in the standard website checkout process. All custom orders require additional processing time - updates will be sent via email.
